Once you place an order, our farm partners mill the tea leaves stored in cold conditions.
Your matcha is then shipped within 2–10 days freshly milled and packed to preserve its full freshness. We treat matcha with the care and respect it deserves.

Once the tencha is stone-milled into matcha, the powder becomes significantly more sensitive to oxidation due to the increased surface area. For this reason, the time between milling and delivery is critical, as freshness directly impacts aroma, color, and flavor profile, something we carefully prioritize.
Our matcha is milled approximately 14 days before shipment. Unlike many suppliers who store milled matcha for extended periods, we focus on recently milled batches to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
