Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Domestic shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International shipping: 5–14 business days

  • Tracking provided for all orders

  • Customs fees (if applicable) are buyer’s responsibility

If your package is delayed or lost, contact us — we will help resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
 
Email support@ems.com within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will replace or refund the item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: 
We can accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Product is opened or used

  • Packaging is damaged or altered

  • Product was purchased on sale / clearance

 
Refund timeline
