Since 2019, we have built long-term partnerships with three organic,farms in Kagoshima, Shizuoka, and Uji. Each matcha is sourced from a single farm, resulting in three distinct ceremonial matcha varieties
We carefully select our farms and first-harvest matcha for fine texture, vibrant green color, and natural sweetness with no bitterness. With regular on-site visits and packaging in our warehouse in Spain, we ensure consistent quality and optimal freshness.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is simple: bring European cafés and businesses the matcha we discovered in Japan long before it became a trend, vibrant green, naturally sweet, and free from bitterness, while ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
