PREAMBLE
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) apply to any purchase made by a consumer through the website EUROPEAN MATCHA SUPPLIER, accessible at:
https://www.europeanmatchasupplier.com (“the Site”).
The Site is operated by EUROPEAN MATCHA SUPPLIER.
(hereinafter “the Seller,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
IMPORTANT: By placing an order on the Site, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these T&C.
1. DEFINITIONS
* Customer: any consumer placing an order on the Site.
* Order: the purchase of one or more Products through the Site.
* Customer Account: the personal account enabling the Customer to place Orders.
* Product(s): all items available for sale on the Site.

* Customer Service: contact information provided in the Preamble.
* Seller: EUROPEAN MATCHA SUPPLIER as defined above.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE T&C
These T&C govern the contractual relationship between the Parties.
Placing an Order implies full acceptance of these T&C.
The applicable version is the one accepted by the Customer at the time of the Order.
A failure by the Seller to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
3. ORDERS
To place an Order, the Customer must:
1. Add Product(s) to the shopping cart.
2. Validate the cart.
3. Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
4. Select a payment method.
5. Accept the T&C.
6. Proceed with payment.
A confirmation email summarizing the Order is automatically sent.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order in case of:
* payment failure,
* incorrect delivery information,
* previous unresolved dispute.
4. PRODUCTS
4.1 Description
Products are described as accurately as possible on their product pages.
Minor differences in colors or appearance may occur depending on screens.
4.2 Availability
Products are sold within the limits of available stock.
If a Product becomes unavailable after payment, the Customer will be informed and refunded.
4.3 Use of Products
The Customer is responsible for following instructions for use.
The Seller declines all liability for misuse.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
5.1 Prices
Prices are displayed in euros.
For EU countries: VAT included.
For non-EU countries: VAT excluded (local taxes and duties are the Customer's responsibility).
Shipping costs are displayed before final payment.
Prices may be updated at any time, but Orders already validated remain unaffected.
5.2 Accepted payment methods

Payment is charged immediately upon Order confirmation.
5.3 Payment security
Payments are secured using SSL encryption.
In the event of a technical payment issue, the Order will be cancelled.
5.4 Invoices
Invoices are provided electronically only.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery policy
Orders are delivered to the address entered by the Customer.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring information is complete and accurate.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information, reshipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
6.2 Estimated delivery times
* Pickup point: 3–4 business days
* Standard home delivery: 2–3 business days
* Express home delivery: 1 business day
* International delivery: varies by destination
A tracking number is provided via email.
6.3 Shipping costs
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply.
6.4 Transfer of risk
Risk passes to the Customer once the parcel is delivered and received.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Eligibility
According to EU consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
* Food products,
* Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,
* Any opened or unsealed food packaging.
Matcha tea and all sealed food items cannot be returned once opened.
Only non-food accessories are eligible for withdrawal.
7.2 Exercising the right of withdrawal
Withdrawal period: 14 days after delivery.
Notification must be sent to:

or by postal mail to the address provided in the Preamble.
Returned items must be:
* unused
*not opened,
* intact,
* in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
8. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & RISK
Ownership transfers only after full payment.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon receipt of the package.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11. LIABILITY
The Seller is responsible only for direct damages attributable to its actions.
The Seller cannot be held liable for:
* indirect damages,
* misuse of the Products,
* website interruption,
* force majeure events.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Customer data is processed exclusively for order management and service optimization.
In compliance with GDPR, the Customer may request:
access, rectification, deletion, portability, or limitation of processing.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

15. MISCELLANEOUS
Each Customer may hold only one account.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully applicable.
