How to prepare ?
Sift 2 g of matcha, then whisk with 40 ml of lukewarm water (60–70 °C maximum) until smooth and frothy. Add 150 ml of your preferred milk over ice for an iced latte, or steamed for a hot one.
Store in a cool, dry place away from the light. Refrigerate after opening.
