Profile
Samidori grown in southern Japan develops a softer and more accessible profile compared to its Kyoto counterpart. This matcha offers a clean umami, mild vegetal notes and a gentle natural sweetness, with very low bitterness. The warmer climate of Kagoshima contributes to a round mouthfeel and a smooth, easy-to-drink cup.
